In June 2023, the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) discovered a tunnel-like

structure dating back to the 13th or 14th century at Siri Fort in south Delhi.

The tunnel was discovered during excavation work for a pathway at the children's museum at Siri Fort.

The tunnel is about 10 feet long and 5 feet wide.

It is made of brick and stone and has a arched roof.

The ASI believes that the tunnel may have been used by

the rulers of the Khilji dynasty, who ruled Delhi from the 13th to the 14th century.
